Framework Review

A grounded look at the structure your business runs on — from how roles are understood to how recurring routines are organised. We observe, take notes, and produce a short written report with gentle observations about where alignment could help.

This service is suited to owners who feel something is slightly off — decisions slowing down, tasks getting missed, unclear responsibilities — but can't quite identify where the issue sits. The review provides a useful external perspective without committing you to any particular change.
